That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and -minded individual from the world of swimming who will use our swimming channel as the foundation for their coaching and build a sustainable client base of their own.

Not a traditional job: You work independently and can use an existing professional, high-end infrastructure for your own coaching business—without having to invest in a swimming lane, video analysis equipment, or suitable facilities yourself.

What to Expect at the Swimming Channel

High-End Infrastructure

You’ll be working at Switzerland’s only swimming channel with true laminar flow. This allows you to observe swimming technique under constant and controlled conditions, analyze it, and improve it in a targeted manner.

State-of-the-art video analysis

A professional coach is available to you for your coaching sessions. Video analysis directly on 85-inch screen available – including own software accounts, Voice recording and live drawing functions.

Self-Employment

You work independently, build your own customer base, and benefit from a fair billing system—all without any upfront infrastructure costs.

Your Own Client Business

You use Schwimmkanal as a professional platform for your own coaching services and continue to develop your client business independently and sustainably.

In the swimming channel, you can analyze movement sequences from various perspectives and immediately show your clients where there is room for improvement .

Video analysis allows for a precise and transparent review of technique directly during practice.

Ideally, you should have the following

Solid background in swimming or at a traditional swimming school
Experience as a swim coach, swim trainer, or in a comparable position at
Ideally, existing contacts with swimming clubs, clubs, or associations

A professional and confident demeanor when interacting with customers
Entrepreneurial Thinking and Initiative
